EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
At MERAKI, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to accommodate exchanges under the following terms:
- Exchange is possible only if:
- The product received is damaged or incorrect.
- An unboxing video is shared, clearly showing the issue. This step is essential for us to process any claim.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and labels attached.
- The request is made within 7 working days of receiving the order.
- The item was purchased at full price (sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange).
- A valid purchase invoice must be provided at the time of exchange.
- Customers are required to send the parcel back themselves for exchange processing.
- Please allow 7–10 working days for the exchange to be processed once the returned parcel is received.
- Refunds are not offered at this time.
